Meeting Information & Location
XP San Diego meets the first Thursday of each month at TheLinkery to informally discuss and exchange ideas. We feel we learn best from our peers, the merely curious, active practitioners, as well as experienced consultants, when they share their skills, knowledge, concerns and experiences. We encourage everyone to participate in our monthly forums and learn something new.
Agile Game Development is the story of how the games industry has entered a crisis of project management and how Agile has provided the answer. The story explains how the industry exploded in size and with this explosion has seen a tremendous growth of team sizes and budgets over the past 20 years. With this growth came all the typically project management problems that they attempted to solve with waterfall methodologies. Our speaker for the night, ClintonKeith, will talk about his role in helping make this change and the new directions this industry is taking.
